Outside of real estate, you'll often find him at the Rochester Golf & Country Club, where he's been a longtime member. He also loves to be at his family lake cabin in the summer months enjoying the peace and quiet the area brings. Randy is also a proud grandfather and loves to be with his grandkids whenever he can. A true family man!

His background in accounting, along with his work as a controller, shows in how he approaches every part of the process. He naturally looks at the numbers, structure, and long term impact of each decision. Reed is often the one asking the questions others might overlook, thinking through the details, and helping clients feel clear on what they're stepping into.
When Reed isn't working, you can catch him playing rounds of golf, spending time with his friends & family, and keeping Haley in line with a budget... she loves this part!
