The Reynolds Realty Team Story
Real estate, for us, has always been personal. Randy built his 50+ career here in Rochester, Minnesota. The same place he raised his family and became part of a community he's still deeply connected to today. Many of those relationships have carried through decades, built on trust and consistency.

Reed grew up here along side that. Some of his earliest memories are attending Century High School (class of 2003 if you're wondering!) and golfing at the Rochester Golf & Country Club, where Randy has been a member for nearly 50 years. It's still a place they spend time together. Golfing, playing in tournaments, and staying connected to the people and community that shaped them.

Years later, Reed met Haley (a bright shiny star) and what started as two separate paths came together into something shared. They were engaged in Salt Lake City, Utah (where Haley grew up) and married in 2023 over Labor Day weekend in 2023 at the same country club Reed grew up in. Not long after, they made the move back to Rochester together, building both a life and a business rooted in the same place that holds so much history for their family.

Each of us comes into this business with a different background. Randy with decades of experience and relationships. Reed with a foundation in accounting and a steady, detail driven approach. Haley with a background in client experience, marketing, businesses in beauty, and building connections. And together, this is where something bold and unique was created.
